Performance and application
FASD-317L is a corrosion resistance GMAW wire of Cr-Ni-Mo series for welding austenitic stainless steel with 19Cr-13Ni-3Mo series. The high Mo content makes it have good comprehensive corrosion and pitting resistance, especially in acidic and chloride environments have good corrosion resistance. Due to its low carbon content, the wire is especially suitable for intergranular corrosion resistance applications. The alloy is used in petrochemical, papermaking and other corrosive environments especially harsh conditions.
