    Performance and application

    FAFC-2209 is suitable for welding type 2205 duplex stainless steel, such as UNS S31803,S32205 and 92205. Also can be used for welding type 2205 grade duplex stainless steel. This stainless steel has high strength and good resistance to pitting and stress corrosion cracking.

    FAFC-2209 is a wire developed for all-position welding using carbon dioxide mixture(80%Ar+20%Ar), especially for vertical welding, slag is easy to remove.
